What should I do if the product delivered is found to be spoilt, damaged or incorrect against my order ?

To mitigate disappointments, we will check thru the goods before delivery.  However, should there be any issues as mentioned, please email to us at Saleipetexpress@gmail.com within 3 days from date of receiving the goods by furnishing the following details:

  1. a) Name & contact number
  2. b) Invoice number
  3. c) Name and quantity of products with issues.
  4. d) Photos of the products with issues
